Refund Policy

Cozy Baby Products carry a standing Forty Five (45) Day refund period from the date of purchase. If a physical product has been purchased, the customer care department will issue a RMA number. When customers receive a RMA number, they are required to return the contents in full to the following address: Cozy Baby, Attn: Returns Dept, 814 W 5^th St. Duluth, MN 55806.

The label for returning a physical product should look like this:
